The ReGuest Group is a network of hotel tech companies, hotel marketing agencies, and resellers that are truly making an impact in the hospitality world. Guided by the motto “Tech connects,” we stand behind the first Commercial Operating Platform (ComOP) for the hospitality industry - and thus a whole new category. The platform manages all commercial aspects along the guest journey, connects CRM, digital marketing, guest experience, and business intelligence systems together with their data, and leverages AI to automate, simplify, and orchestrate.

Born as a hotel software company - and evolving from our Zeppelin agency - ReGuest AG is now the parent company of Zeppelin Hotel Tech and five other businesses. ReGuest started as a CRM and is widely known as such, but today, as a ComOP, it covers all commercial aspects and the entire guest journey. This is made possible through numerous integrations, including our Amplifyr technology.

Founded in 1999, it is still the place where we live our Good Vibrations: our Zeppelin agency. Always focused on hospitality, it now works exclusively with hotel clients. The services - from website creation to online marketing - remain the same, but the way we deliver them has evolved. This is also thanks to our self-developed Amplifyr.

As an agency, we have seen and experienced a lot - including a clear shift in hotel marketing, which now demands fast, pragmatic, and efficient solutions. That’s why we took matters into our own hands and developed software that makes hotel marketing (once again) simple, effective, and profitable for agencies and in-house teams. A world-first with a big future ahead!
