Are you a digital marketing agency?
Yes, we’ve been creating websites and delivering high-performing online marketing campaigns for over 25 years. We are fully focused on the hospitality industry.
In addition to our agency work, we’ve also evolved into a SaaS company and developed our own software.
Who is your target audience?
As an agency, we specialize in hotels and the tourism industry. Our software products are also designed for hotels, as well as for other agencies and freelancers working in hospitality marketing.
What services do you offer?
Our agency services include website creation, online marketing campaigns across various channels, GEO & SEO, as well as the holistic optimization of guest communication.
What software have you developed?
The software we have developed and continuously improve is called Amplifyr and is the first Agentic Marketing Platform for the hospitality industry. It enables hotel marketing teams, agencies, and freelancers to work faster, more easily, and more profitably.
Since when have you been around?
Zeppelin has existed as an agency since 1999.
How are you connected to ReGuest?
ReGuest was founded in 2014 out of our agency business focused on hospitality and is now the publicly listed parent company of Zeppelin Hotel Tech and five other hotel agencies and hotel tech companies, with varying ownership stakes.
Amplifyr, the software developed by Zeppelin Hotel Tech, is part of the ReGuest Commercial Operating Platform, which includes CRM, digital marketing, guest experience, and business intelligence systems.
